Great customer service

we purchased this for an 18 month old who continually sits in his older brothers bean bag chair. We are disappointed with this chair as it seems like the bean filling amount is too little but we think if we put more bean filling in it would be too firm.

Subsequent to our initial review we were contacted by Natalie to see if they could help with our issues. After providing some photos Natalia determined that the bag was not faulty and had sufficient beans. The company offered to replace the bag with an updated model. We didn’t expect to get such good service. Very pleased with the outcome.
