What makes your bean bags suitable for pool use?
Our pool bean bags are made from PU-coated 1680D polyester that repels water rather than absorbing it. They dry quickly, resist chlorine and salt water, and won't develop mould or mildew in humid poolside environments. They're designed to be used in and around water — not just near it.
Can bean bags float in a pool?
Yes. Our pool float range is specifically designed to float in calm water such as pools, lagoons and protected bays. They support adult weight in the water and can be used as floating loungers. They are not designed for open ocean use.
How do you clean resort bean bags?
Spot clean with mild detergent and water. For deeper cleaning, most covers are removable. Our fabrics are quick-drying and won't hold moisture. We recommend a regular wipe-down with a damp cloth and periodic deeper cleaning for poolside units.
How long do commercial bean bags last in a resort environment?
In a well-maintained resort environment, our commercial-grade bean bags typically last 3–5 years with regular use. Poolside units exposed to direct chlorine should be rinsed periodically to extend their life. We back all products with a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects.
Can we get bean bags in our resort's brand colours?
Yes. We stock an extensive range of colours and can match most brand palettes from existing stock. For exact Pantone-matched fabric, minimum order quantities apply — contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can you embroider or print our resort logo?
Yes. We offer screen printing and embroidery for custom branded resort bean bags. Screen printing gives a bold, full-colour finish. Embroidery provides a premium tactile finish for high-end interiors. Minimum quantities apply.
Do you ship to Maldives, Fiji, Bali and other international resort destinations?
Yes. We ship worldwide. We have supplied properties in the Maldives, Fiji, Bali, Thailand, UAE and across the Pacific. All items ship flat-packed to minimise freight costs. Pre-filled delivery is available to selected locations — contact us to discuss logistics for your destination.
Can we get a sample before placing a large order?
Yes. Pre-production samples are available on request. Sample costs vary by product and are typically credited against bulk orders above minimum quantities.
Do you supply replacement covers or filling?
Yes. Replacement covers and EPS bead filling are available. If your bean bags need refilling after extended use, filling is widely available from major retailers including K-Mart, Target and Amazon, or we can supply directly.
