The right inner liner keeps your bean bag holding its shape for years. These are replacement bean bag inner liners cut to suit our covers — so the dimensions, the seams and the bean capacity all match the original.

Every inner liner uses a quality YKK locking zipper — the zip brand trusted on quality bags and outdoor gear worldwide. Quiet, smooth, and they hold position without creeping open once the liner is filled.
The pull handle has been intentionally removed from every liner to comply with Australian child safety standards. The inner liner stays sealed inside the cover where it belongs — out of sight, out of reach, doing its job.

Every inner liner ships empty and flat-packed. You fill it to the firmness you prefer — soft and sinky, or fully stuffed and structured — using your own beans or one of our bean bag refill packs. Empty liners pack small, so freight stays low.

The outer cover is the part that takes UV, sun, spills and kid traffic — the inner liner sits sealed inside. After years of top-ups and reshuffling, the original liner can loosen at the seams or wear at the zip. A fresh bean bag inner liner restores the original shape, and it's significantly cheaper than replacing the whole bean bag.

- Line dry in shade; do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron prints or trims; cool iron on reverse if needed.
- Spot clean liner as required; keep filling dry.

How do I care for my bean bag?
Care depends on the cover fabric — see the Care tab above for your product. In general, remove the cover before cleaning, spot-clean spills, avoid bleach and tumble drying, and line dry in the shade.
Do I need to remove the beans to clean the cover?
Yes — in most cases you take the filling out first, then machine or spot-clean the cover following the care instructions.
